The rule with regards to minors states that the limitation period does not run versus a minor. Section 6 does not give a fresh start line of limitation. Alternatively, it permits folks with disabilities to hunt an extension of time ahead of the expiration of the period mentioned from the Schedule, calculated from the top in their legal disability.
